These Terms & Conditions govern your use of TicketPRO Kenya website and services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. Our services are designed to provide a secure and efficient way for event organisers to sell tickets and for attendees to purchase them.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are liable for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or engage in suspicious activity.

3. Ticket Purchases

All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the event organiser. Tickets are non-transferable and are for personal use only. Each ticket is valid only for the specified event date and time. Any attempt to resell tickets at a higher price than the original face value may result in the cancellation of the ticket without refund.

4. Payment Terms

All prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KES). Transactions are processed securely through Pesapal and other integrated payment gateways. By making a payment, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method. We retain the right to refuse any transaction at our sole discretion.

5. Refund Policy

Refund policies are set by individual event organisers. TicketPRO Kenya facilitates ticket sales but is not responsible for refund decisions or the actual refund amount. Please review the specific event's refund policy before making a purchase. In the case of event cancellation, we will work with organisers to facilitate the refund process.

6. Limitation of Liability

TicketPRO Kenya is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform. Our total liability toward you for any claim shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the ticket in question.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use our platform for illegal activities, spam, harassment, or fraud. You may not attempt to bypass any security features or perform any action that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on TicketPRO Kenya, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of TicketPRO Kenya or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the website. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
